Feith DID come with a huge plan for how to deal with Iraq post-invasion. But that genius, Paul Bremer, that Bush put in charge of Iraq who turned our invasion into an occupation within 48 hours needs to be shot for tossing the plan away and doing it off the cuff - and screwing it up!
The invasion went better than expected. Everything after that and until Petraeus was basically SNAFU-city. Feith ought to be calling for Bremer to turn in his Medal of Freedom and doing some kind of penance to the US military.
