I’ve never heard Mormons say there is only the Father and the Son. The LDS believe is clear in that we believe in 3 members of the Godhead. The Father, Son and Holy Ghost. You guys call it the trinity 3 in one. We call it the Godhead, 3 distinct members of the Godhead.

BTW, Trinity is not found in the bible. Godhead is, several times.

By “you guys” I gather you mean Christians...

“Yous guys” would have beeen friendlier..

While a description of the actual Trinity is included in The Bible, the Godhead is left to one’s own interpretation...

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 1 John 5:7

Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. Acts 17:29

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Romans 1:20

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. Colossians 2:9

So while we know that there are three in the Trinity, how many are in the Godhead as the mormons interpret those scriptures, is undefined...

3. Same number you believe are in the trinity.
