“23-Skidoo”
It’s a 1920’s expression which I heard a lot growing up. If it was “Hey, why don’t you twenty-three skidoo?”, it meant, “Get lost!!”
But, “I’ve got to twenty-three skidoo” means “I’ve got to be going now.”
Anyway, between muslims and gays there really isn’t much to choose. They each both want to ram their way of life down everyone else’s throat. Screw ‘em both!

Also can mean to “get out while the getting is good” (Wikipedia). ;-)
