Media Matters was an extremely effective leftwing propaganda outfit until it was found out that they were linked directly to Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as billionaire leftist George Soros.

I always thought that the local left-wing MSM paper around here used to use Media Matters for stories.
Every once and a while you would see them mentioned - “the media watchdog group Media Matters...”

Great article, but does it really belong in the activism sidebar?

Just for reference.
No wagering, please.
Void where prohibited.

I turned off my sidebar so I don’t really care. But to answer your question, why not.

Because the activism sidebar is for protest action/demonstrations and FR chapter news.
Looks like the mods took care of it anyway.

The Activism sidebar is reserved for “Activism, protests, [and] news and business of Free Republic Chapters.” Please make a note of it.

ANY article regarding the demise of a liberal ANYTHING belongs in the activism sidebar. Isn’t destroying anything liberal activism?

I will do that. I never paid much attention to the sidebars.

ANY article regarding the demise of a liberal ANYTHING belongs in the activism sidebar. Is this article still in the activism sidebar?
Nope.
Ergo, at FR apparently it doesn't.
Note that I didn't complain to the mods, they did it on their own...not that I have power over the mods or anything.

I have no idea about the sidebar, but MM is the epitome of a far ledt media “watchdog” group - it is so biased, it’s pathetic.
