I'm sure that U.S. Supreme Court "Justices" John Paul Stevens, Anthony Kennedy, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer are studying the situation carefully, committed as they are to applying foreign law to U.S. court decisions--and thus to incorporating "foreign law" into the laws of the United States.

They have obviously borrowed quite a few ideas from President Mugabe, a favorite exemplar, notably their celebrated Kelo decision.

Those of you who are tempted not to support McCain for President might consider whom the Democrats would love to place on the Supreme Court, should they seize the Presidency.

Remember: Leftists--and the Democrat Party is their Political Machine--LOVE brutal dictators. The Stevens-Kennedy-Souter-Ginsburg-Breyer Axis is a good example.
