"Wisconsin governors have long been allowed to sign off on budget bills but do some tricky erasing first. They could delete words, numbers, sentences, paragraphs or some combination of all of those, to create entirely new meanings never intended by the original authors a legislative twist on the game of Mad Libs.
Like when Gov. James E. Doyle, a Democrat, scratched out some 700 words from a section of the 2005 budget bill, leaving behind just 20 words that, when stitched back together, moved $427 million from the transportation fund to education."

Yup. Being born and raised in Wisconsin, I can say that we just had a really good election. Got rid of the Frankenstein Veto and elected a conservative State Supreme Court Justice. Now, if we could only get rid of our corrupt Goobernator (Diamond Jim Doyle), the Constitution-hating Senator Feingold (yes, THAT Feingold) and the other useless millionaire senator, Kohl (a.k.a. King Log), we’ll be just fine. /rant
Jim Doyle is an evil man-thing and I sincerely believe he will rot in hell. He is a fundamentally vile, evil, wicked thing who abuses his power to the extreme.
