Tragic! What a sad way to start the day. Prayers for her, and for her family.

The body of Hser Nay Moo showed evidence of trauma, said South Salt Lake Police Chief Chris Snyder. She was found in a bathroom in the apartment after FBI agents obtained permission to search the unit, he said.

“Our hearts and our sympathies go out to the family,” he said. “It’s a tragic ending to this case.”

The names of the people taken into custody on suspicion of homicide were not released, nor was it known if they had any link to the girl’s family.

Hser had been the subject of an extensive search Tuesday. An Amber Alert had been issued, and more than 600 people were looking for her.

Judges, DA's and parole boards who let them out to do it again should also pay a heavy price.

I know. What that child must have endured. God Love her. What was the circumstances of her disappearance? Does any one know?

Public stocks and a stoning in the public square sounds about right to me.

They should never have been captured but terminated in a “firefight”. I am sure the local coppers could have come up with 5 throwdowns.

Thanks for the link to the more complete story. The father was Christian. Wonder if this had anything to do with the child’s murder.

I am so outraged that it was the last apartment and the police couldn’t go in there and search the day she disapered. She might be alive right now. In these cases i feel that if there is suspision the police should have the right to go into any place that would arise suspision. It was on the news that this was the last apartment and there wasn’t anybody home the day she disapered, Hmmmm i would of searched the apartment anyway because that was probley when she died.

Im sorry, im just so upset that this little girl was murdered. It shouldn’t of happened. I hope whoever did this burns in HELL FOREVER.

Nothing ageist the Trib (spits)(A fish wrap of the first order) AKA - reprints press releases.

but the Deseret News took a little more time and has a longer and more detailed story

http://deseretnews.com/article/1,5143,695266769,00.html

of note
A Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) turned out over 1000 (yup, a grand) volunteers to help in the search.

Family moved to Utah this last year, after living in a Thai refugee camp for 20 years - after being run out of Burma - so I'm guessing Karens (Christians) - genocide of the first stripe.

Last odd bit - Dad's name? Cartoon Wah.

I share your outrage. I agree with your thoughts on the search.
