Between the totalitarian communist superstate of China and violent 7th century Muslim throwbacks, it is hard to determine a good guy. However, given the disease of radical Islam spreading like a cancer on the body of the world, I wouldn’t shed a tear if China crushed them like a bug without apology or explanation. Maybe then the rest of the world would follow suit and deal with these filthy, malignant cockroaches in a similar manner which should already be done irrespective of what China does.

Don't discount the Muzzies, though. There is really no conflict between a totalitarian state and Islam, which if anything would simply reinforce that totalitarian state. People in China already have the Islamic mindset of total subjection to meaningless authority and a "legal code" based on arbitrary whim and paranoia. Since there is no individual leader or even philosophy that offers a rallying point to oppose Islam, I don't think it's at all impossible for the Muzzies to defeat China. Then we'd have the ultimate nightmare, a well-armed, totalitarian, Islamic super-state.
I disagree. Islamic terrorists are little more than a bunch of petty criminals that got really lucky once because we’ve had a couple stooges as our last two presidents. Pardon my bluntness but I truly believe that.
China has a huge military, a huge economy, a whole lot of nukes, holds a lot of our debt and makes pretty much everything we use. They can do us a whole lot more serious, deep and irreparable harm than al Qaeda ever could.
I feel like Cassandra here. Do all we can to get rid of the terrorists but remember who the real long term threat is: China!
