ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Two DePaul University buildings were evacuated Monday evening after a bomb threat, but no explosive devices were found, officials said.
University officials canceled all evening classes after someone telephoned in a bomb threat to one of the school’s Loop campus offices, officials said.
The threat was reported shortly before 5:30 p.m. at the school’s Lewis Center building, 25 E. Jackson Blvd., Chicago Police Officer John Mirabelli said.
Lewis and an adjoining building, O’Malley Place, 23 E. Jackson Blvd., were evacuated, DePaul spokeswoman Denise Mattson said.”
