...so... standing in the voting booth and seeing McCain's name there along side either Hillary or Obama, knowing that one of those people will be Commander in Chief of our Brothers and Sisters in arms, being shot at, we should choose to not vote or to pull the lever for a 100% liberal?

I am really tired of Conservatives acting like our life revolves around who is President. We are Conservatives for God's sake, we don't rely on the government. We don't need someone to say “I'm from the Government and I'm here to help..”

We are choosing someone for a Constitutional role of Commander in Chief of the United States Armed Forces, and we should choose the best option, even if there isn't a perfect, or even half perfect option. This isn't a game, we have people who are being shot at who need a leader. Sure we want a Patton or Westmoreland, but sometimes you have to settle for someone who doesn't stab them in the back.

I won't support McCain- but I owe it to our men and women in the service to not give them Hillary or Obama.

“I won’t support McCain” but you’ll vote for him.

You make a good point about the CinC, however, there WILL be a train wreck coming. I say, let the Dems Preside over it.

The problem is you’re seeing the world as you want it to be, not how it is.

The fact is, the Presidency is incredibly important because it has been made important by the growth of the federal government.

And McCain is fixing to inflate it larger than Bush ever hoped. I hope you like carbon cap and trade systems and the taxes to go with it.

Needed repeating.

But the little hissy fits kids aren't going to understand.

They need ATTENTION! "LOOK AT ME! I'M SO IMPORTANT. I'M SO PURE. And anyone who doesn't agree with me is ignorant."

Even as he stabs the rest of us in the back?
I may vote for him but if so it will only be because he doesn't go as fast as the other two in destroying this great nation.
It might give us a chance to bail out of the car as it goes over the cliff.
