Read full article at link above. This will not surprise most of us. Neal Boortz spoke with Dan Calabrese on his show this morning and hopes to have Jerry Zeifman on tomorrow to flesh out the story. Mr. Calabrese said today Jerry Zeifman has tried to get his story out for years, but the media wouldn't have anything to do with it. Mr. Zeifman also wrote a book entitled "Without Honor" which was ready to be published when Hillary backers pressured the publisher to pull the book.

She didn’t think Nixon was entitled to an Impeachment lawyer.
She’s a loon.

The media knew perfectly well about this (and lots more) for 34 years. It was a 34 year coverup, ended only because the media has chosen Obama and Hillary stands in their way.
Much as I detest Hillary, I also know that this very same media is now if full cover-up mode for Hussein Obama.
There is no such thing as an honest Chicago democrat politician. It is an oxymoron.

I’ve had three or four conversations with Zeifman. That lifelong Dem believes the Clintons to be felons. The other person to not receive a job referral out of Watergate was Bernie Nussbaum.

The Judiciary Committee allowed Douglas to keep counsel, thus establishing the precedent. Zeifman says he told Hillary that all the documents establishing this fact were in the Judiciary Committees public files. So what did Hillary do? Hillary then removed all the Douglas files to the offices where she was located, which at that time was secured and inaccessible to the public, Zeifman said. Hillary then proceeded to write a legal brief arguing there was no precedent for the right to representation by counsel during an impeachment proceeding as if the Douglas case had never occurred.
The brief was so fraudulent and ridiculous, Zeifman believes Hillary would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge.
I'd like to see a copy of her brief. Maybe the National Archives has it?

Jerry Zeifman is an interesting lawyer. He submitted his own version of articles of impeachment of William Jefferson Clinton to the House Judiciary Committee. His articles included bribery based on Clinton taking Utah coal deposits off the market within weeks of getting a substantial donation from a Southeast Asian coal producer whose name escapes me. [Somebody help with the name?]

. . . engaged in a seemingly implausible scheme to deny Richard Nixon the right to counsel during the investigation. Why would they want to do that? Because, according to Zeifman, they feared putting Watergate break-in mastermind E. Howard Hunt on the stand to be cross-examined by counsel to the president. Hunt, Zeifman said, had the goods on nefarious activities in the Kennedy Administration that would have made Watergate look like a day at the beach including Kennedys purported complicity in the attempted assassination of Fidel Castro.
Nixon resigned rather than make that case, which it's believed he could have done. And that was after Nixon refused to contest the razor-thin 1960 election, though he had a serious case there, too.
Nixon was far more patriotic than Hillary or anyone else who was fanatically opposed to him. And especially than "Hanging Chad" Gore.

Much as I hate (!!!!) apologizing for the Hildebeast, she, as a young lawyer barely out of law school, was probably working under the direction of Marshall and Nussbaum. But she lacked the gumption to go against her mentors even to the point of resigning quietly when she was asked to do something dishonest.
And she began a career of deception, crime, and eventually New World Order imperialist activity, from that day to the present.
Unfortunately, her rivals for the Presidency are atrocious—and thoroughly NWO—as well. We need to at least pray hard. Unless some people come up with a way for us to get out of this mess before the conventions, praying may be all we can do.
