You might be surprised. Windsor Canada is starting to have a problem with illegal aliens from Michigan and I don't mean Americans illegally moving to Canada.

Detroit has the #1 dropout rate of all the cities, 68%!
The Detroit public schools dropout rate for boys is 75%!
Detroit public schools get the highest state funding of any schools in Michigan and only 32% of the students graduate.
