It's too bad what has happened to John McCain after his 'sevice to America' episode.

He has become a crazed globalist, much like the man he wishes to replace. He now appears to have much in common with the three Supreme Court justices who would like to apply the law as written by a world court that tramples our Constitution.

As long as we are thinking toward 2008, I think it is only fitting to revise what Senator MacaCain’s actions to sabotage the Republican Party in the past two years, especially as he contemplates running for President. What this man did to his own party goes straight to the quality of his character. "With friends like these who needs enemies!" the saying goes and could not apply any better in this case.

I don’t get this strategy. McCain is not an unknown quantity. Is there anyone in America (with IQ over 75) who doesn’t know McCain? Who is not familiar with what Hildabeast referred to as “Legendary Background”?

What does this accomplish besides portraying himself as someone who is ONLY running on his GREAT Life Story?.

Problems out there are REAL and if the battle was for POSITIVES in the Polls, or respect of Americans, then this kind of tour makes sense. However, for someone who was already STUPID enough to make foolish comments indicating he is is not very well versed in Economics or the unpopular War has to kept going, he is focusing on the wrong thing.

This makes him look like one trick pony - I was Prisoner of War and I am a great Warrior - so vote for me. That didn’t work for Bob Dole and is surely not going to work now when there is REAL PAIN out there.

He needs to be addressing ENERGY and ECONOMY just as much as WOT.

Where is the PLAN to solve these problems? Where are the slogans that ordinary people could relate to in regards to those issues? Hildabeast has NOTHING but she keeps harping on Solutions, making it appear she has solutions.

McCain should be focusing on making his PLAN for solving ENERGY and ECONOMIC downslide POPULAR - Not his Biography.

He is not only running on his life story. First, this allows him to stay part of the national dialogue while the Democrats hammer each other. Second, if you read through the entire thing you’ll see he is making policy points as well. And third, no, everyone in America doesn’t know McCain well.

For some reason this reminded me of the scene in Forrest Gump where Lt. Dan has had his legs blown off and is ready to die before Gump saves him. We find out that Lt. Dan’s “destiny” is to die on the battlefield as so many of his ancestors had. Then they show Lt. Dan’s ancestors getting shot and falling dead in war after war.
