Al Gore to Launch New Propaganda Campaign
MensNewsDaily.com ^ | March 31, 2008 | Roger F. Gay

Be forewarned; Al Gore hasn't given up. He's going after public "consensus" on global warming before the public gets a strong enough whiff of the strengthening scientific and economic evidence against him.

It has been reported that his far-left political (and environmental business PR) organization, the "Alliance for Climate Protection", will launch an ad campaign aimed at giving the impression that there is consensus among national and world leaders on "the climate problem."

So far, not one probable participant reportedly involved in the campaign does not have a previous history of promoting far left politics. Among the participants meant to give a false impression, Newt Gingrich - always thumping "conservative values" - who helped push through federal legislation that destroyed marriage by turning family law into a pork barrel program, and the Rev. Pat Robertson, who promoted those same reforms on his television show while supporting Gov. Tommy Thompson as a potential presidential candidate.

According to the New York Times, the ads are scheduled to begin Wednesday, “will team up offbeat celebrity couples who may not have much in common but share a belief that it is important to address climate change.” “The campaign is being created by the Martin Agency in Richmond, Va., part of the Interpublic Group of Companies. Martin’s work is familiar to TV viewers because the agency also produces campaigns for Geico insurance and Wal-Mart. The campaign will also include ads online and in print.”

The slick Madison Avenue campaign is reportedly budgeted for $300 million, $100 million for each of three years. Profits from Al Gore's film, “An Inconvenient Truth,” will partially fund the campaign.

If the ManBearPig really believes this, why does he not reduce his energy consumption below the national average instead of riding on the Hypocracy Express?

I saw this idiot and Tipper on “60 Minutes” last night. He is the most narcissistic and delusional person I’ve ever seen. Like a true psychopath, he can’t imagine anyone questioning him on anything, despite his conspicuous lack of credentials.

The old style commies used to say “All you have to loose is your chains.” The new commies say, “All you have to do is reduce your carbon footprint, comrade.”

This 'creature' does his part to reduce his carbon footprint.

He and Tipper use only one square of toilet paper to wipe their bountiful backsides. Actually they share the one square.

When mealtime rolls around they consume more than one square meal at each sitting.

Gore has found a way to punish producers and make punishing them commercial. He’ll make them agree to punish themselves, and his brokers will take a fee for organizing the transaction, and since the costs will be buried in the overall cost of doing business, consumers won’t see the sleight of hand. They’ll just vent their resentment at the producers while Gore’s coffers quietly fill.

As a con job its genius.

It turns the stock and bond market on its head. While in theory stocks and bonds must represent some actual asset, some actual value, Gore’s credits will represent a penance for producing, but a penance that can be bought and sold.

He won't be getting consensus from me.

This is a HUGE disappointment... Scratch him off the list.

Al Gore may be crazy but he's not stupid. This whole scam—and Gore and his partners know it's a scam—is driven by money and power.

NEWSWEEK: AL GORE NOW WORTH MORE THAN $100 MILLION

[Since 2000, according to published reports, the former veep has transformed himself from a public servant with around $1 million in the bank to a sparkling private consultant with a net worth estimated to be north of $100 million. He’s a senior adviser to Google, a board member at Apple and now a newly minted general partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, the Silicon Valley venture-capital firm that made billions investing early in Netscape, Amazon and Google. . .If Gore’s profit-sharing deal is anything like the firm’s other 23 partners, he’s also in line to collect tens of millions of dollars a year. That’s because partners carve up 30 percent of the profits if and when the alternative-energy start-ups that KP supports go public or are sold. . .]

This will do him and his friends in before all is said and done - you and others may want to pass it on far and wide to your email lists and save it for future reference; we will definitely be referring back to it in the near future:

"...budgeted for $300 million..."

Shouldn't he be using that money for "carbon offsets" to justify his private jet polluting the atmosphere?

Here we are worrying about how to make ends meet in this economy, and this a$$hole gore is spending $300 million to try and make the "believers" feel good?

Science does not run on "consensus", it runs on facts. I guess since the people are seeing through his global warming farce, he's in full blown panic mode to "re-convince" the skeptics that the sky is falling.

Gore is the national version of The Village Idiot.

Festering Turd Alert...

I happened to watch some of the 60 Minutes lovefest last night. What a farce, the bitch from the show lists Cheney as someone who disputes that global warming is man-made - not any of the leading climatologists in the world, none of the scientest who are documenting cooler oceanic temperatures and increased ice this year - no just Cheney.

She doesn't mention the British lawsuit that exposed lies in his theory and film.

Gore's side is watching the argument slip away, so they have to launch a $ 300 MM propaganda campaign to counter the evidence that they are all scam artists looking to make money off this fraud...

He has to seek “consensus” because it has no place in real science. Consensus is opinion, something that is foreign to science. That’s why we don’t hear or read about the real science in the media.
