There are two versions of the MOU floating around. When the "original" was revealed it included damning language about the imposition of Sharia law.
When a fuss was made Odinga and the muslims denied its validity and said that they would produce the "real" MOU. The problem is that it took them months to do so, leading every observer to believe that it was a much sanitized version of the original.
Both versions have been out on the net for months.
