Key is: Did he say "all lawyers out" and the lawyers all happened to be white (OK in my book)?

Or did he says "white lawyers out, black lawyers can stay" (not OK)?

That is the key, I agree. The TV station doesn’t have anything else other than what’s here. I’ll have to see if I can find out his exact words myself.

Could be he dismissed them by name. “Mr. ___, Mr. ___, Ms. ___-___, Ms. ___-___, .... please set out of the courtroom.” And did not say color.

Or is that hoping for too much?
