Long term, four years of Obama or Clinton II might cause the republican party to rediscover its soul. At least republicans in congress will have the opportunity to set themselves apart from the true socialists...like McCain has never done.
Pubbies have been running away from Reagan as though the Berlin Wall was the last act in a melodrama and time to move on to farce.
They've handed us one disaster after another as a result. This year the circus was so bad, so clearly McCain's coronation, that I really don't think they deserve my continued loyalty vote.
