Stephane who? He's uncharismatic, forgettable and doesn't seem to offer people a reason to vote Liberal. It says something the Liberals have no appeal outside of the Maritimes and Ontario and they can no longer count on the francophone vote in Quebec to pull in those huge majorities they had as a birthright in the province. As a native Quebecois francophone, Dion should be able to do that for the Liberals. That he can't shows how weak the party is today in Canada.
