“Emo” is short for “emotional”
a bunch of crybabies with self-inflicted “depression”
most of them come from well-to-do middle class households, much like hippies but with less color, less fun, and totally apathetic...
Useless kids who are always depressed and who want everyone to know how sad, miserable and depressed they are. The name derives from emotional. Basically kids suckered by another music & fashion style.

emo is the present pluperfect tense
Kids who follow a gene of goth music... that started basically during the 80's.
