It would be interesting, if the article revealed more pertinent information about PetroChina. Does PetroChina buy oil from other countries and distribute it in China?

Crude futures are even higher right now.

Proof that USA-style free-market capitalism is taking hold in China -- Big Money is demanding that the government do something to protect their profits.
