This Trinity United Church of Christ newsletter ... from last June seems to be making the rounds in Jewish circles...
Jeremiah Wright prints an “Open Letter to Oprah from Ali Baghdadi on her visit to Palestine.”
Baghdadi is described as an “Arab-American activist, writer, columnist,” and the letter, among other things, accuses Israel of once working with South Africa “on an ethnic bomb that kills Blacks and Arabs.”

On page 8 of the newsletter, entitled “Pastor’s Page”,...?
I thought it was supposed to be a South African mad scientist, trying to engineer a disease that kills only blacks.
Or was that the plot from the “Shaft” sequel?
What would said genetically engineered microbe make of Obama? Would it follow the “one drop” rule?
The newsletter indicates that Wright was using the celebrity of Oprah and Obama to decorate his newsletter and slyly get across his message of hate. That is clever to publish the hate as addressed to someone every knows which gives it weight but have the hate penned by someone other than yourself as not to take direct responsibility. Oprah is smarter that Obama, and is a successful business woman not a never done anything politician like Barry. Oprah knew she was being used, probably is NOT anti-Semitic and even if she was, knew it was bad for her and bad for business is she became publicly associated with this type of hatred, and Oprah unlike Barry used the judgment one might expect of a successful business woman and let her feet speak for her. Barry on the other hand has plausible deniability of what went on only if his butt boys in the MSM like Chwissy and Keith get to tell his version of the story which is implausible to anyone with the ability to think for themselves.

Ophrah has lost respect by associating herself with Jeremiah Wright and Obama.

What an evil lie. & it shows how willing people are to believe the worst about Israel.
It bothers me that Israel has this image of being a white colony in the midst of brown people, when there are plenty of Jewish arabs like me & also Jewish blacks.
The only non-Caucasians in that mix between Israel and the surounding nations that I know of are the Falashas and they are mixed race between Negroid and Caucazoid.
I hear there are a few Mongoliod Jews from China and Japan but I’ve never seen any anywhere.
That said I would venture 99% of the Jews in the world are Caucasian which is hardly surprising given Jews have made an amazing path around the Western world from Judea. (you guys correct me please if I’m wrong)
The only thing that really makes Israel seem more “white” are the Ashkenazim.....but that’s not something that needs to be explained or worried over. Israel’s enemies would still hate Israel even if Jews were purple.
What they really hate is Israel’s superior culture which Jews and yes.....unapologetically many of them were God forbid pasty faced Europeans have created in just 50 years while the surrounding nations are still goat herders except Lebanon which the Moon Rock klan destroyed and ran off the good culture that was once in Lebanon...the Christian one. The one from which I am partially descended.
This stuff is not by accident. Please don’t feel compelled to react to race baiting by the Left and other Jew haters.
If we (Mizrahim) are going to be considered white, then Arabs must be considered white too. Neither of us would be comfortable with that. I’m going to be real with you & tell you that the vast majority of my people would consider it a grave insult. (Sorry.)
Besides that, being white currently means being blamed for all the world’s problems & to always be in the wrong. Israel is stupid for staying on the white train when they have the opportunity to present a different face. Most of us are not white, many are very primitive, & Israel doesn’t have to suffer the indignities of being treated as a pariah European colonizer if it would only change its public image.
Our ruling class is stuck in Europe & still thinks that making Israel European-looking means they’ll have the backing of Europe against the Arabs. But Europeans never liked Jews & will never consider us a part of Europe. Another reason is yes, racism. Several times Mizrahim have been turned down as representatives of Israel in various competitions because they “look too Arab”.
Oh, well.

If Oprah and Obama would have taken a stand against ministers like White, it could have been a feather in their cap. Now they are on the record for knowing what White was all about, and that they looked the other way.

nevertheless, Ashkenazim, Sephardic and Arabs are all Caucasian although I get your point that Europeans are considered white.
the same way here folks speak of non-hispanic Caucasians are “white” even though most Cubans are White too
most Mexicans are not...they are mostly Amerindian...were they white they woulda been tossed years ago.

Still big problems between the Mizrahim & the new Russians, but the majority of Mizrahit anger is directed at the “pioneer” class. I don’t know firsthand how it was 20 years ago, but I have witnessed violence, intimidation, speaking of each other in the worst terms, & a hatred among Mizrahim for anything white.
I’m Lebanese actually. :) The Lebanese claim that we Lebanese Jews are the purest Jews too, but to me Jews are Jews. So the Ashkenazim are mixed with white. We are mixed with Arab, so what can you do.
