FBI agents say that they have ruled out terrorism.

And yet, we have this brilliant statement from the police captain:

"We don’t know what their intentions were,” said Nuanes. “We don’t know what they were planning on doing with any of this.”

There's something seriously wrong when the FBI rules out terrorism before they even arrive on the scene. I bet the guy with the stolen car was surprised to hear it wasn't terror related before the FBI had a chance to search the car. It almost makes me think the feds are trying to hide terror related incidents when they rule out terrorism immediately after discovering Iraqi money and bombs in a Southwestern state.
