The vote fraudsters often create phantom, non-existent people, e.g., the Jones family, and vote them absentee. Or they register them in a dim-controlled precinct where they will not be asked for ID. In some dim-controlled precincts where I served as a Poll Watcher I got the distinct impression that the clerks and Election Judge were in on the scam. They seemed to be eagerly anticipating a financial windfall for delivering votes for democrats. I think they get paid cash for results. Note some of the shenanigans in my poll watching reports such as the Election Judge allowing the democrat card pusher to come in and FORGE HIS SIGNATURE ON BALLOTS. That’s why it is critically important to BE THERE. In the 2000 election I prevented at least 100 fraudulent votes in the precinct where I was the Poll Watcher. You can make a difference.

I guess what you are saying doesn't compute with me. If they request absentee ballots, these too have to be mailed, which means they would have to steal these from the the Wilsons' mailbox. As for showing up at a "Dim Controlled Precinct," certainly there are Republican poll watchers there too who could be watching for people with fraudulent names. These should be relatively obvious as there shouldn't be too many addresses where there are people registered who have different surnames. (They would have to have different surnames because otherwise a voting Wilson would see other people who are part of his family who aren't part of his family.) Color me skeptical.
