Let's go down memory lane a bit here.

When Mondale ran against President Ronald Wilson Reagan, he lost 49 states, the largest political fanny whipping in American history.

When he got into the Senate race for Wellstone's seat he lost...again by a significant margin.

This clown has been completely rejected by all 50 states and people ask his opinion on anything?

Maybe Obama can reach out to the Clinton supporters by selecting Mondale's daughter as his running mate. I seem to recall that she had a friendly relationship with Bill Clinton while he was President.
