Nobody is arguing that Global Warming is a hoax. We're arguing that "man-made" global warming is the fabrication. Why do they try to manipulate it this way? I live in the inland... we'll get perfect beach property! Why should I be afraid?

Ice melting is not a collapse of anything.. it is simply ice melting..

Nobody is arguing that Global Warming is a hoax. More correctly, some are arguing that it's not occurring. Many, many more remain unpersuaded.

Glaciologist Ted Scambos of the University of Colorado was monitoring
satellite images of the Wilkins Ice Shelf his grants for next year and spotted a huge
deficitThere.

Scientists are shocked by the rapid change of events. Scientists, who have been screaming about global warming for years, are shocked at this development.
Left-wing lunatics, who drank the kool-aid and are convinced that the sky is falling, are amazed by this news.
Fans of Al Gore, who believe that industrialization must be stopped, can't believe this evidence of global warming.

The ice-cap is increasing in size in the Antartic because the temperatures have much colder than usual. Ice-shelfs that get too heavy due to additional thickness of ice sometimes break off.

Actually, I’m not even convinced of the warming, let along humsn involvement.
We’re using data from instruments of 100 and more years ago to determine changes in tenths of a degree C. Even todays instruments are not always that accurate unless a conscious effort is made to keep them so.
Retractions of the NASA data causing large scale changes in the trend line.
Problems with the siting of measuring stations such as near artificial sources of heat, and even worse, chenges in the environment around the instrument, like more population, new paving, additional heat sources, etc.
He talks about ice being shed on the perimeter of Antarctica, but that’s the norm, I believe. It gets built in the center, flows downhill to the edge and falls off. The center is still building, and even seems to be gaining more than it’s losing, I’ve read.
There are many more issues that call the alleged trend into question.

I've looked at all the charts, graphs, and other records of the past climate presented by both the "fanatics" and the "deniers".
One thing is very apparent:
NONE of them are flat.
For thousands of years of measurment and scientific speculation, temperature, sea level, CO2, all of them are under a constant state of change either up, down, or sideways. I suspect that it will be that way until the end of creation.

“Nobody is arguing that Global Warming is a hoax.”
Incorrect.
There’s been no warming since 1998; temperatures are slightly lower over the past 10 years.

Ummmm...it’s toward the end of summer in the antarctic. I would suspect that ice would be melting.
To: consistentpatriot
I didn’t see any mention of human causation in that article.
This was a concern though
>>The Antarctic Peninsula has warmed faster than anywhere else in the Southern Hemisphere; temperature records show that the region has warmed by over 37 degrees Fahrenheit during the past 50 years several times the global average and only matched in Alaska.<<
