What is involved in hosting this film? A server? How big does it have to be?

If you want to host it at a website and either provide a player there or allow HTTP downloads for the public, then you'd need a web server, and the film is only 15 minutes long so it won't take much space at all, probably less than 700 megabytes for a low-res version and maybe 3 gigs for a high-res version.

But as was mentioned earlier, you don't even need to have a web server, just place one complete copy on a standard PC, create a Torrent tracker, upload it to a Torrent file hosting site and soon you'll have ten thousand complete copies on computers all over the planet and then the next day you'll likely have millions, considering how incendiary this film probably is and how it's going to strike a chord with millions all over the world who are tired of 6th century ethics being shoved down our throats.

So, if he doesn't care about making money with it, getting the film out to the world is easy and can be done at near-zero cost, but that doesn't excuse Network Solutions for appeasing the Islamofascists.
