I really have no sympathy for this federal whining about surveillance, after the FBI report on the abuse of National Security Letters. Its their fault they will lose this power to fight terrorism through their own abuse of it.

Soon the Feds will have to hit the streets and wrestle the Islamofascists where they live instead of using e-mail intercepts. Maybe they will even abandon their political correctness on Islam in the process.
