I wouldn’t bet on it. Somehow I doubt her net worth would cover a McDonald’s Happy Meal.
Sadly it makes it harder for those whom have been sexually violated to come forward, I think she should have the book thrown at her....
If he's a teacher or professor, his reputation has been ruined. If she has no money, I'd be willing to bet that the judge would go along with ordering her to do things like wearing big signs saying "I wrongly accused a professor of rape" or "I lied about being raped." Something to embarrass the hell out of her, and to help him recover his reputation.
