I correct people on the “Canadian” versus “Greater” or “Lesser” CANADA Goose conundrum all the time, myself. They think I’m a know-it-all, too. But, what good is having all this knowledge unless one SHARES it? ;)

Did you know that there is three kinds of Canadian geese?
The greater, lesser, and the giant Canada goose which is only native to a few counties in southern Michigan.
The giant Canada goose will weigh up to 18#!
