ARLINGTON, VA, March 19, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Notorious partial-birth abortion specialist Dr. George Tiller of Wichita, KS, was caught on hidden video admitting to aborting babies a day before the mother's due date. Students for Life of America (SFLA) today released the video which was made at the Feminist Majority Foundation's annual Women's Leadership Conference held at the National Education Association (NEA) on March 9.
The video reveals Dr. Tiller showcasing massive and graphic pictures of children with fetal abnormalities that he had aborted, so as to make the case for late-term abortions as necessary medical procedure. SFLA's Executive Director Kristan Hawkins, who videotaped the conference and interviewed Tiller clandestinely, commented on the gruesome pictures of aborted children Tiller showed, saying, "One had an extra arm: could not that child had survived and received corrective surgery? Was violently killing the child the only way to go?"
"Pro-lifers are regularly condemned for displaying pictures of aborted babies, but here the pro-abortion crowd and the NEA are more than happy to showcase these graphic images, and even gave Dr. Tiller's presentation a standing ovation," added Hawkins.
Tiller, who currently faces 19 criminal charges for illegal late-term abortions in the state of Kansas, at first feigned ignorance of the Born Alive Infants Protection Act, a federal bill signed into law in 2002 that protects born children from murder and illegalizes infanticide. However when questioned further about the measure he spoke of his ideological objection to the legislation, saying, "Let's say you have 15 or 16, you had 1 slip out with a heartbeat; that is not a viable fetus, but that is born alive or has a heartbeat. Then you have to take that non-viable fetus and rush it directly to the hospital against the woman's wishes."
Given that the conference featuring Tiller was held at the National Education Association, it is probable that a good number of the more than three million members of the NEA would be voicing opposition if they were made aware of the situation.
"As a pro-life teacher, I can say this illustrates why I am no longer a member of the NEA," said Marla Mercer, a West Virginia teacher and former member of the National Education Association. "The NEA should not be involved in this issue; here they are hosting this controversial abortionist and his slideshow of babies he has aborted. There is no way any of my money will ever be used to advance the radical pro-abortion agenda of Planned Parenthood and the NEA."

McCain is still willing to let them die if they are at a different stage of human development, if their father committed a grievous sin, or if their mother happens to be physically located in the wrong state.
So, I’m not willing to let him off the hook.

Dang. Don’t you hate it when that happens?
One slips out with a heartbeat?
A murderers worst nightmare.

“That raises a question. If a naturally healthy baby can be killed of the day before birth, whats to say he or she cant be killed the day after birth? There isnt all that much difference as far as I can tell.”
The day before birth - the doctor gets a nice sum of cash.
The day after? - usually results in teen parents getting arrested (although they are usually given a slap on the wrist) - and then the libs wonder “what drove them to such desperation?”
To: Clintonfatigued
No there isn’t. And you can be sure a Democrat universal health plan will find a way to allow for this.
How dare this slime play God.

...If a naturally healthy baby can be killed of the day before birth, whats to say he or she cant be killed the day after birth?...The baby is not granted legal person hood until the blacked robed demigods say so. Since the timing is arbitrary I expect person hood to be revoked arbitrarily also. Euthanasia will be the future avenue to solve:The Social security crises, green house gas emissions, overpopulation, famine, AIDS and long lines at the DMV etc. It will be spun as compassion and it too will be murder.

HOW JOHN McCAIN THREATENS THE PRO-LIFE CAUSE "I'd love to see a point where it is irrelevant, and could be repealed because abortion is no longer necessary," McCain told the Chronicle in an article published Friday. "But certainly in the short term, or even the long term, I would not support repeal of Roe v. Wade, which would then force X number of women in America to [undergo] illegal and dangerous operations."
On Sunday, on CNN's "Late Edition," McCain reiterated that he would not have an abortion "litmus" test for a running mate or Supreme Court nominees. He added that while he ultimately favors repeal of Roe, "we all know, and it's obvious, that if we repeal Roe v. Wade tomorrow, thousands of young American women would be performing illegal and dangerous operations."

To: Clintonfatigued That raises a question. If a naturally healthy baby can be killed of the day before birth, whats to say he or she cant be killed the day after birth? There isn'tt all that much difference as far as I can tell. It's bizarrely like the 3 most important rules in real estate: location, location, location. Another 8 inches down the birth canal and the fetus magically turns into a human.
It would be very interesting to know why Tiller's late term patients want to abort a child they've been carrying for all those months. Bad sonogram that scared them that the baby looked malformed? Maybe, what.....
What's always gotten to me is that Tiller always looks so happy and satisfied about brutally killing an infant only inches away from life.

I just prayed that he may repent of this evil but until that day I pray the Lord God of great mercy can make his eyesight bad so he cannot see well enough to do another abortion. Or make his hands go numb so he can not rip another baby apart. Or make his mind feeble so he can’t remember to do anymore abortions,I mean infanticide. May our Lord send his mighty angel Saint Michael to deliver a message to repent or receive eternal damnation. Amen

I like that quite by Ben Franklin. It sure looks like this countries future. Our country will have to brought to it’s knees before people think it’s time to repent of our sins. Especially abortion and infanticide.

It occurs to me that Tiller should have been working for Saddam Hussein, prior to the liberation of Iraq.
It’s a natural: Tiller would get a government funded office right next door to the government rape rooms run by Uday and Qusay, and if the women who were abducted and raped ended up being impregnated, there’s Tiller with his handy-dandy tools of death to make sure the unborn dies with the soul of the rape victim.
And the best part of such an arrangement, had Tiller been in Baghdad after Operation Iraqi Freedom was launched?
U.S. troops could have shot the SOB right between the eyes.

I can’t understand (other than it’s very liberal organization) why the NEA would support abortion. Every 30 abortions that take place mean that one teaching position is permanently gone....
I guess I’m being naive —I know with them it’s about power and influence in the political arena, not about teaching.....

Tiller isn't just an ordinary abortionist. He's the guy shoving scissors into the skulls of fully developed, half-born babies, scrambling their brains, and sucking the gelatinous mass into surgical suction jars!
Gee! I wonder if they served cookies and milk with that?
Government teachers are the **only** people responsible for the NEA. Parents aren't. School boards aren't. Legislators aren't. Only **teachers** made (and make) the NEA what it is!
Only teachers pull out their check books and send the money that supports this organization. Remember that the next time you see a government teacher.
These are the people teaching our nation's children. Abortion is what they support. This is the value they have for life. Directly and indirectly this is the example they model for our nation's children.
So...Let's hear it from the government school defenders! Your child's school is different. Your government teachers are different. Right? ( eye roll)
