The vast majority of Palestinians support the terror attack on Jerusalem's Mercaz Harav Yeshiva that killed eight students earlier this month, according to a new poll cited in the New York Times on Wednesday.
According to the poll, 84 percent of those surveyed stood behind the shooting attack. In addition, 64% supported the firing of Kassam rockets at Negev towns.
"The anger that this poll is registering is about equal to that at the very height of the second intifada," the paper quoted the pollster, Khalil Shikaki, as saying. He added that he had never seen such a high level of support for an act of violence in all his 15 years of polling in Ramallah.
The survey also indicated that the majority of Palestinians would choose Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh (47%) over Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas (46%) if elections were called now, and that three-quarters of Palestinians favored terminating negotiations between the Abbas and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.
The survey polled 1,270 Palestinians and had a margin of sampling error of plus or minus three percentage points.
Warning! This is a high-volume ping list.
Is there anyone left who is honestly surprised by this?
That means 84% of Philistinians are inhuman killers, unift to breath the same air as everyone else.
But then, that isn’t a shock.
No negotiations are possible.
Not surprising at all. I imagine about the same percentage cheered 9/11.
if this poll is true, there is no chance there will ever be peace with these monsters.
They are a scourge upon the earth. When they finish off Israel they turn back to killing each other.
So kill 84% of the Pali’s. If I have the math right, that means that you’ll get better than 70% of the enemy, and only kill 13.4% of the ones that really aren’t the problem.
Considering how *other* attempts to solve the problem have gone, these numbers don’t look too bad to me.
Or maybe I’m just in a bad mood today ...

The world should treat all of "Palestine" like a troublesome hard drive:
Just another example of the “peaceful” religion in action.
Kill all the Palistinians.
Probably in Congress getting more dollars to buy more arms for the poor Palis.
She compared their present state to that of the poor Blacks she saw in Alabama in her youth.
What terrorist act did this Black community commit in their fight for equality? If I were a Black Alabaman I would not be too happy with Condi’s comparison.
Medved is discussing this right now.
The Palis have for years been the hired martyrs. The fall guy, the ones that take the hit.
Well maybe it’s time to make the Palis pay a very large price for playing the poor victim.
The Palis and their supporters feel it is ok to give support for the trouble makers and nothing will happen.
B.S.
Time to hit the palis like they deserve.
Blow their asses up in large numbers like they deserve.
To hell with world opinion.
I will point out the other side, which is that the Palestinians have been under an embargo lately, to the point they are breaking down barriers into Egypt to purchase food and energy. This is probably making these numbers spike higher than usual.
That said, at this point I say let them wipe each other out. Winner take all. For us to be trying to mediate such hatred is ridiculous. It just makes them hate us more, that we are in the way.
I have no sympathy for the Palis. None. They’ve bred a culture of hatred and violence, and now it’s destroying them.
Congressman Billybob

The pollster involved, a palestinian, had both arms broken a few years ago for reporting results similar to this.
