No link here...and too tired to look. LOL!

The police officers were all saying it was the council that has tied their hands. It is time for the people to rise up and flood the city council meetings and put a stop to this crap!!!

Haven't found a link to that decree yet, but I did find a recent "anti graffiti" act which makes the property owner liable for removing it, not the city who failed to prevent it, or the little scumballs who generate it. If you don't remove it, and they do so, and your don't pay for it, they can take the property. Only in a MoonBat City, sigh..

It could be the ANTI-INTIMIDATION AND DEFACING OF PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY CRIMINAL PENALTY AMENDMENT ACT OF 2008”, B17-0627, although the DC council site seems to indicate that hasn’t passed yet, at least when you try to click on the link to either the votes on it, or to the text, you get an error. (Maybe it was “disappeared???). In any event it seems to have been sponsored by all of the council members. (Sponsored by 12 and co-sponsored by 1, out of 13 total members.
