Under orders from the Police Chief and DC City Council. The inmates have run of the asylum. I wonder how pi$$ed off the LEOs are tonight, after all this:

The more I thik about this, the more angry I am. The chief and the city council owe a huge apology to the police officers; and they need to untie their hands when they deal with the rioters.

What if that red paint had been acid?

Or human blood (with HepB, HepC, HIV/AIDS)?

A molotov cocktail?
