Obama: Iraq war emboldened enemies, jeopardized national security
Barack Obama says the Iraq war has left the United States less safe yet has emboldened al-Qaida, the Taliban, Iran and North Korea.
In a speech not far from North Carolina's Fort Bragg military base, the Democratic presidential hopeful told military families and local officials the war must end.
Obama criticized both Democratic rival Hillary Rodham Clinton and John McCain, the likely Republican presidential nominee. Obama says they talk tough on national security yet make decisions that leave the country less secure.
Wednesday is the fifth anniversary of the Iraq war. The Illinois senator repeatedly notes that he opposed the war from the start, speaking out against it when he was a state lawmaker.

This is where “JUDGEMENT” comes into play....and Obama lacks good judgement.

I am sure he knows a lot about the military being a lying SOS that he is. He should have gone to Fort Bragg instead of close to it.

Barack Obama in 2004, after the Dem convention - "The failure of the Iraqi state would be a disaster," he said at a lunch sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor, according to an audiotape of the session. "It would dishonor the 900-plus men and women who have already died. . . . It would be a betrayal of the promise that we made to the Iraqi people, and it would be hugely destabilizing from a national security perspective."

Is this what his lunatic racist pastor spiritual adviser told him?
To: TornadoAlley3
Of course we're less safe, it's just obvious because of all the constant terrorist attacks on the mainland since 9/11. </sarcasm>
Not a whit of common sense in that entire party/philosophy.

Obama’s judgement is fine.
It is just that it favors our enemies, not the United States.
To: TornadoAlley3
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey Obama! Have you seen any of our US embassies in this shape lately!
