Wow, more lies from Obama. The “reverend” was his spiritual adviser meaning he was on his staff.

Well, it’s true that nobody’s ever talked about “nappy-headed Irishmen”.

Obama: Ferraro’s comments ‘divisive,’ out of place
I dont think that Geraldine Ferraros comments have any place in our politics or the Democratic Party, Obama said in an interview today with The Morning Call of Allentown, Pa., after a campaign event in Bucks County. I think they were divisive.
I think that anybody who understands the history of this country knows they are patently absurd, Obama added. I would expect that the same way those comments dont have a place in my campaign, they shouldnt have a place in Sen. Clintons.

"And the notion that somehow it's cute or amusing, or a useful diversion, I think, is something that all of us have to recognize is just not the case. We all have First Amendment rights. And I am a constitutional lawyer and strongly believe in free speech, but as a culture, we really have to do some soul-searching to think about what kind of toxic information are we feeding our kids," he concluded. WOW! I guess Wright's comments do not qualify as "toxic" to OsamaObama. I wonder what does? (other than Imus' stupid remarks that both of his listeners and Media Matters heard) Obama exposed his kids to Wright's "preaching" for their entire lives.

Another Obama quote on Imus:
"The comments of Don Imus were divisive, hurtful and offensive to Americans of all backgrounds," said the senator from Illinois. "With a public platform, comes a trust. As far as I'm concerned, he violated that trust."

Imus’ comments were taken out of context and anyway should be seen in the light of the larger social milieu of doddering old cantankerous talk show jocks.
