It's beyond me how a guy who refuses to disassociate himself from a bigoted racebaiter can present himself as a "uniter." It has an Orwellian feel to it.
But it was a deftly presented speech that will make people feel good about Obama, and since the Dim party is all about feelings, the article is probably right.
