I read a little of it. My general impression is that it will not help because it strikes me as the joke that has to be explained, which of course is then not a joke.
People have been blitzed with way more politics than they want to deal with. If anyone believes the average voter who does not like Obama for any of a number of reasons will read this and say “Oh ok now I understand! I now support Obama!”, is fooling himself. Such “Saul to Paul” moments don't happen all that often and certainly would happen in this case.
