As I sit here reading this at 1:00 AM and have to wake up in 5 hours, I have to say I am a chronic case. Also obese and nearing 40 so Type 2 could be on the way. It might be worth it to try out some sleep for a week or two and see how things go.
I’m something of an insomniac and a Freepomaniac. Maybe you and I need to set alarm clocks—to hit the hay.
