ashley-kristen.jpgOf course it didn't take long for Ashley Alexandra “Kristen” Dupré to complain about her privacy now being invaded. Maybe she shouldn't have been in a line of work that led to her being paid to have sex with a married state governor. Sorry if that sounds like nitpicking.

According to the Associated Press,

The lawyer for the call girl linked to the downfall of Gov. Eliot Spitzer lashed out at the media on Friday for thrusting the 22-year-old woman into the "public glare" without her consent and publishing revealing photos.
Nobody tied her up and forced her.... Sorry. We haven't seen those pics yet.

She revealed herself by posting revealing pics on the Internet. She’s enjoying all this, while getting rich, and probably obtaining a more “lucrative” profession.

Agreed. She’ll ride this horse all the way to the bank. No sympathy here.

I have no sympathy for her, either. She is (or should be) merely an aside, as should all the hookers. But the media needs something to report. They might as well just go around to all the towns, and report on every prostitute they can find.

Cable tv is no bargain. It’s all prostitution all the time since the Spitzer affair.

The only reason celebrities ever complain about “revealing” pictures being published is that this reduces the payoff for “revealing” pictures in the future.

Remember when, say, Cameron Diaz and Madonna sued to stop someone from publishing topless photos they’d taken before they were stars?

They claimed “invasion of privacy” as their legal basis for suing, but the truth is that it’s all about money. If they don’t control the photo, and if the photo gives “them” away, they don’t get the money.

Britney, for example. She’s given away millions of dollars by allowing her “assets” to be photographed and published for free.

So all the lawyer is doing here is attempting to preserve his client’s ability to *sell* revealing photos to the highest bidder, rather than have the market usurped by photos from which his client doesn’t benefit financially.

I’ll be watching for her to wind up hosting some new reality show. Can’t wait to see the name of it.

Well, doesn’t she already have an offer from Penthouse? Hey, I know - she can be the new toot-in-chief for “Girls Gone Wild.”

The lawyer for Ashley Alexandra Dupre, a call girl known as "Kristin" and linked to the downfall of Gov. Eliot Spitzer, said his client never consented to having suggestive photos from her MySpace Web page published in the press.

Here is a clue Ashley Youmans - if you don't want people to see photos of yourself, don't plaster them all over the internet in your MySpace page.

If that’s all $5,000 will get you, I think I’ll spend my 5 K on a really nice flat panel TV.

Exactly.

Eliot Spitzer was a spoiled rich kid who became a spoiled rich man.

I hope and pray he is indicted. He needs to feel what it is like on the "other side."

If he only put thugs behind bars, it would be one thing. But he went after people on Wall Street because they "make too much money." I have news for Spitzer - he isn't God and that wasn't his call.

Many people and firms he persecuted were never charged and/or were cleared, but they had to spend millions in legal fees, or pay "protection money" to Spitzer's campaigns.

Spitzer needs to be indicted, tried, and convicted - and then sent to a Federal Prison for a few years.

It will be the best thing for him. He will finally learn humility and justice.

Fox news just reported that her downloads are now over 7 million and counting. It was posted yesterday that she gets 75%. So $5 Million in the last week isnt a bad income, plus the movie, magazine and book offers she will get.

That girl has not done anything more than any other college aged female, other than she made the papers with it, and the others didnt get paid. Look back at all the “respectable” stars who started out in porn movies.

All this girl did was take a “love box” and turn it into a “cash box”. A year from now this girl will have $10 Million dollars in the bank, and people on the street will ask, “Ashly who?

There is a lot more to this story than is being told for the time being. As time passes and more truths become evident, this girl will be a very small part of the puzzle. That is my prediction. Life is a form of prostitution any way you cut it. She was just more successful.
