Exactly.
Eliot Spitzer was a spoiled rich kid who became a spoiled rich man.
I hope and pray he is indicted. He needs to feel what it is like on the "other side."
If he only put thugs behind bars, it would be one thing. But he went after people on Wall Street because they "make too much money." I have news for Spitzer - he isn't God and that wasn't his call.
Many people and firms he persecuted were never charged and/or were cleared, but they had to spend millions in legal fees, or pay "protection money" to Spitzer's campaigns.
Spitzer needs to be indicted, tried, and convicted - and then sent to a Federal Prison for a few years.
It will be the best thing for him. He will finally learn humility and justice.
