Barack Hussein Obama is having it both ways, and the main stream media is not only allowing it, they are aiding and abetting the charade.

For the record, I feel comfortable referring to Senator Obama as Barack Hussein Obama because he referred to himself using his entire name (even the "H" one) in an interview with Tavis Smiley way back on October 18 of last year, and the discussion was not even one of heritage or names. Barack offered up his entire name unprovoked and without reservation. Periodic flirtations with the name "Barry" notwithstanding, his full name today, as he himself stated in October of 2007, is Barack Hussein Obama. Period.

Additionally, the name "Hussein" allows him to have things.... both ways. Senator Obama can gain the attention of the 'transcendent, globalist, multi-culturalist' set

if you read the entire article, the main point is not about his NAME. the main point is that he, like so many politicians, tries to have his cake and eat it too... the actual article only starts off with his name. the majority of the opinion is about what his “whatever relationship it is” with Rev. Jeremiah Wright means for us as a nation, Barack as a candidate and as a person.

Speaking of being disingenuous and referring to his "name," an interesting fact has been reported as such:

According to a January 12, 2004, Copley News Service article:

"In an interview last week, Obama said he decided to call himself Barack -- a Swahili derivative of Arabic that means 'blessed,' as 'baruch' does in Hebrew -- after his father died."

Interestingly, in his Democratic National Convention speech (2004)Obama stated that:

My parents shared not only an improbable love, they shared an abiding faith in the possibilities of this nation. They would give me an African name, Barack, or blessed, believing that in a tolerant America your name is no barrier to success.

just a guess as to why he decided on Barack and when.

he went by “Barry” for years. (during college as well.)

like joining Trinity, i think he went with Barack when he was in Chicago and was trying to make a name for himself in the black community (the south side, ya know). along the time he was beginning to work on his political aspirations. how very ‘democrat-like’, to see the way ahead for yourself as being heavily tied to a “group” and less on individual achievement...

but definitely came a point where he made a conscious decision to play up, to PROMOTE his african heritage.

here’s one that’s hard to stomach. when you hear or see that video of Rev. Wright screaming about how Barack knows what it’s like to grow up in a single parent home, etc. THINK...... HIS CAUCASIAN FAMILY RAISED HIM. his maternal grandmother and her family in Hawaii. So (yet again).... have it both ways! claim credibility within the black community as one of thier own, but never mention the details that would disassociate you from how you strive to appear. the image of a split family is not how they present it. it was, however, his black father that left them.

Knowing everything we know about Barack Hussein Obama, I cant believe any American would vote for him, but then again, I dont understand MANY of my fellow Americans, and how they can be so cavalier about the threats to our culture and our nation.

It makes me sick, horrified and enraged, all at once.
