Besides the vandalism, another trend that has emerged is the proliferation of bogus or "embellished" veterans among the antiwar movement.

Re-emerged. Think JF Kerry and the first Winter Soldier event, which was bogus.

Fake veterans, fake stories, fake atrocities, are all out of the Vietnam era anti-America playbook.
