Thats the way Ashley Alexandra Kristen Dupré will be remembered. Not as a young woman with potential, as are all of our young women. No, shes now known as the $4,300-an-hour ho who brought down the Governor of New York.
Many in our entertainment intelligentsia consider prostitution a victimless crime, thus Ashley Alexandra Kristen Duprés activities are going to be her ticket to fame and fortune. Shes probably already received many offers from agents who know they can sell her name, face, voice and body. They know there will be interested parties waiting to exploit her newfound fame, or infamy depending how you look at it.
As usual with this generation, its all about her. On her MySpace page she wrote,
I am all about my music, and my music is all about me . It flows from what Ive been through, what Ive seen and how I feel. I live in New York and am on top of the world.
Well, if she could make it there, she can make it anywhere.
Ashley Alexandra Kristen Dupré alludes to a broken home and abuse. If true, that is tragic. However, there are many other people who have survived broken homes and not turned to breaking the law. Prostitution IS against the law.
Granted, unlike Eliot Spitzer who gleefully put people in jail as New Yorks attorney general and has no sympathy coming his way from the public, Ashley Alexandra Kristen Dupré may give community service a new name and will come out of this a rich woman. She may get a book deal, recording contract, or a modeling gig. She probably wont be earning $4,300-an-hour, but she will be able to work, for the most part, standing up.
Personally, Im hoping her name becomes a noun.

$4,300 only proves that a sucker is born every minute.
I won’t remember her at all, and for all his arrogant, corrupt, dishonorable deeds, Spitzer won’t even be a blip on the radar screen in a few years. If justice is served, he will be a number in a cell with Bubba. If not, no matter, he’ll be another has been, knocked off his stump by his own pride.
If he kept it in his pants "his family" wouldn't have have been "hurt" would it? As far as breaking laws seems like he broke more laws than she did.
? What the hell is wrong with working at MCDonalds? Are you saying you look down your nose at people who work at McDonalds?
Keep in mind,
the next story about an abused 12 year old-— in 6 years, she could be this girl. Sometimes you can choose, and sometimes, pretty much every bit of self-respect you could have had has been stripped away and you’re numb.
Simply numb and the only way you relate to men is via sex (I mean, that’s how Daddy let you know he loved you).
Not saying what she is or what she does is good....just that someone created her and those who slept with her probably couldn’t have done it without the help of a child molester years before.
The Democrats will get their revenge on this woman. They will audit her tax returns and see if she paid all of her taxes.
As opposed to the way that Jackie O’s parents must’ve felt when their former first lady daughter remarried for money, contracted the sex, and was photographed topless sunning on a yacht?
Too bad...
sw
Perhaps she has been destroyed at one point or another during her life. Perhaps that is why she behaves the way she does. No one on this thread knows her or what her life has been like.
BTW no one is giving medals to people who are smarter than 22 year old hookers. You can stop trying to show off.
That is not very likely. See the below link for a pretty sobering column by a former madame about what happens to the "girls" when they are too old to work by age 28.

As I wrote today on our radio comedy service, she has everything it takes for a successful career as a pop singer: hot looks, a MySpace page, and a willingness to prostitute herself.
What an ugly bastard.
***It is those daughters for whom I feel the most sorrow. They have to endure the public humiliation of their mother by their father.***
If they can’t trust their father to be faithful to their mother, they will NEVER trust their husbands. Just think what THEIR marriages will be like.
SPITZER is nothing but a self-serving pig.
But which one of them is the sucker in this relationship?
an old song, maybe she will change her ways.
My opinion is that she may of looked down at those working at McDonalds and most other jobs as stupid fools who don’t live the lifestyle she does.
I don’t feel sorry for her because she wouldn’t feel sorry for us.
Details, details, details.
The sad fact is that 50% of all people are below average (if you can imagine what an “average” person would be like).
And many people think that the sex industry is a “better deal” for people who would otherwise live a pretty awful life.
That is, prostitution is seen as a “better deal” in much the same way that gambling is seen as a “better way” of making money than working. It isn’t, but they do it anyway.
Few make money compared to the huge number that lose it in gambling, but none the less, many try. The same with prostitution. Few prostitutes ever live a better life for it, but many try, thinking it is easier than working.
The finally depressing fact is that sex isn’t illegal. Even if you have a lot of it with people you shouldn’t have. And exchanging money for little or nothing is also generally not illegal. Stupid people buy $200 sunglasses.
So all prostitution really is, is both having sex and getting money, together in such a way that they are closely associated. Any prostitute smart enough to figure out a way to have them not closely associated is officially *not* a prostitute.
Which means that most prostitutes who are arrested are on the extreme edge of “below average”. Too dumb to figure out how to sell sex for money and getting paid indirectly.
But this raises an interesting point. If those prostitutes are the only kind the public sees, much of their “lifestyle” we find to be so repugnant is probably not because they are prostitutes, but because that is the world they live in.
The smarter prostitutes get away and are never seen. They aren’t even thought of as prostitutes. They are also much higher up on the curve, as is the rest of their lives.
For example, look at Spitzer’s prostitute. “A prostitute for the rich and famous”. Just getting all that publicity will probably encourage a lot of women to try prostitution, on the ridiculous hope that they will somehow get to meet rich and famous people. Nobody even cares if she “likes her life” or thinks it is easier or better. As far as they are concerned, she hit the jackpot.
Like people buy lottery tickets hoping to win the jackpot.
It is a simple equation for many. Work a minimum wage job, have sex with a boyfriend for free. Make kids and work twice as hard at both the job and raising kids.
OR, become a prostitute, meet rich and famous people, and party. Easy money and fun.
As I said, it is the low end of “below average”.
The last irony is that many prostitutes aren’t even in it for the money, but for the attention. Attention is like a drug to them, and they don’t distinguish between good and bad attention. It is like heroin to them.
A good indicator of this, of bottom level self esteem and a craving for attention, is a large number of finger rings and such “bling”. This is a good indicator of someone easily manipulated by just giving them the attention they feel starved for.
But again, the prostitutes the public sees, hair mussed and faces scrubbed with harsh soap in cold water, under the harsh fluorescent light of a police station, intentionally to make them look bad for their photograph, are the extreme end of the curve. This is not to say the ones not arrested, or even thought of as prostitutes, aren’t as miserable.
In my time as a street cop I learned that there are certain people whom you just never believe on their word alone. Prostitutes are in that category.
Poor girl is just one of the fify million Americans without health insurance!
