There’s already more tension than is needed between the blacks and latinos. The cities are just a powder keg waiting to go up, IMO. If the race war you foresee does happen, it will be pretty nasty in the cities.
Heaven knows the DIMS are doing their best to light that tinderbox of hatred and tension!
