As I recall, Bill's lying under oath about sex was CLEARLY NOT perjury, so shouldn't Spitzer's money laundering (ONLY that portion that was for sex) and Mann Act violations (ONLY those that involved sex) and interstate transport (for sex only) ALSO be overlooked by the Judicial Apparatus????

As I understand America's new Clintonian jurisprudence, any conduct otherwise criminal in nature becomes totally innocent if pursued solely for purposes of sexual gratification of the Liberal Libido...
