That COULD be.

But seems like his Houston Astros retro cap in the ATM photo could have obscured some of his most telling characteristics. As well as the different camera angles as between the store pic
and the ATM pic.

just wanted to bump this up and say good eye on that one. I was about to make a post earlier today saying you were completely WRONG on that but apparently, it's not the same guy.

Some posts say they caught the second guy and some don't. Is the second guy still on the run? anyone?
