From now on... the Governor of New York should be referred to as “Client # 9”...

No doubt he used taxpayer funds for his hooker sprees. Especially at $5,500 a pop. ...per hour.

If found guilty, does he get to be a “registered sex offender”?

The big question is who made all this possible? Who besides the average New Yorker benefits the most if Spitzer is out? I do believe the Clinton Cuomo feud has just grown legs and Mr. Obama looks to gain the most.

Smoking Gun has document. YUCK
“....Additionally, the affidavit notes that after her appointment with Client-9 ended, “Kristen” spoke with a Emperors Club booker, who said that she had been told that Client-9 “would ask you to do things that, like, you might not think were safe...” “Kristen” responded by saying, essentially, that she could handle guys like that...”

a Complaint and an Indictment serve the same funtion; however, one is issued by a grand jury and the other by the prosecutor. The question is whether Spitzer was named as a defendant, which apparently he wasn’t.
To: Parmenio
Obama and McCain are going to love this. Spitzer has close connections with Hillary.

Resign? No way!
Clinton didn't resign. Mayor Kwame from Motown didn't resign. William Jefferson D-LA didn't resign. Why should Spitzer?
Only Republicans resign, even when there is just a whiff of a scandal, like after telling a joke of poor taste.
Spitzer won't resign.

He looks like a little weasel. His looks remind me of Frank Burns from MASH—although weaselier. I shouldn’t disparage the memory of Larry Linville though. He was probably a decent man in his life.

In Spitzer’s case, that probably means he wanted to “have” her WITHOUT wearing a paper bag on his head.

From what little I could ever pick up, Larry L. struck me as a decent person. Like many actors, being able to play the villian or the like is an outlet.
For the most part, I liked Burns over Winchester but having Burns around every season would have gotten old.
