FOX reporting he has been indicted. I hope this is true. He is one of the worst tyrants since Gray Davis.

Given Spitzers pugnacious nature, Id be very surprised if he resigns this fast. Maybe he'll do Hillary a favor and suck up the oxygen for a few weeks fighting it, giving her cover to maneuver against Obama in the shadows.

yeah but the party is only highlighted if an R gets caught like the LA Senator. Press bias my friend makes us want to be certain that everyone knows when a Dem behaves badly

Another democrat party criminal gets caught and bites the dust. And another example of the LMSM not identifying the culprit as being a Democrat.

Spitzer is independently wealthy. He can afford pretty much anything. Family has a real estate empire, I think.

Yep; my already-not-too-high opinion of NY dropped when they elected her.

Or that he was just a client, but paid for services in an improper manner (eg, using public funds or campaign funds)Or maybe the prostitute was underage..?

Spitzer is independently wealthy. He can afford pretty much anything. Family has a real estate empire, I think.True, but as governor he can't just come and go as he pleases. He has a state police driver and bodyguards wherever he goes. So if he went to visit the "club" some government money had to be involved.

FOX really drops the ball here. While CNN and msnbc broadcast Spitzer’s comments, Fox was fumbling around unable to provide video or audio. Then Shep Smith says the guv is resigning, which he wasn’t. The Little Rascals could’ve put on a better show in Spanky’s garage.
