No, Jesus said there were two commandments:
Matthew Chapter 22:
37 He said to him, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.
38 This is the greatest and the first commandment.
39 The second is like it: 23 You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
40 24 The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments."

Jesus said: Love one another, in that all the commandments are fulfilled.
He also said "Go and sin no more." and "Anyone who looks at a woman with lust has committed adultery with her in his heart."
If anything, Jesus had a stricter interpretation of sin than the "pre-Jesus" people did.
