They tried doing that in Newark back in the 1960s, with limited success. Since most of the Pork Choppers preferred parochial schools anyway, it was a moot point.

Then again, everytime I go to an ATM in Brooklyn, I see Chinese, Russian, Korean, Polish, and Spanish.
